Starting at the top and working down, we are doing the final punch list on all condos and have been working on condo #328, which is one of the 3rd floor penthouse units. The curtain rods are scheduled for install tomorrow and then we'll sign this one off and move to the next condo. We have a number of owners scheduled to visit in December- Do not worry, we'll be ready for you :)

Landscape Installation...

It is amazing the difference some plants, greenerey and vegitation can make to a building. We have gone in to great detail with our landscape contractor to make sure that we chose the right plants for the right locations- and as drought tollerent as possible.

Parking pretty...

The parking lot and drive way received its final top coating making us one more step closer to completion. Now that the project driveway and parking is paved it will make the site much cleaner and enable us to complete the final polish and have this building ready for occupancy.

The paving contractor did a fantastic job in laying down a smooth and even surface with all the propor grading for the drainage.

The parking lot at Compass Point Phase II is prepared and ready for the final asphalt surface paving. All of the curbing is installed, 6 deep well storm water catch basins, and final grading and compacting is complete. All being well - you'll be able to roller blade on the final suface :)

Clearing the view...

The power company, CUC, were at Compass Point in full force to disconnect the overhead cables and energize the underground cables they installed a few weeks ago. Everything went as planned and without a hitch. Now that the power lines have gone, the view is even more amazing. The empty poles are still in place, but they are scheduled to be pulled out next week.

The final touches to the swimming pool are underway. The stone cast coping that caps the pool edge wall is being installed. Each piece is custom made to fit the radius of the free form shape design of the new pool. The pool side space is going to be an oasis that you will not want to leave.
