<p>Starting at the top and working down, we are doing the final punch list on all condos and have been working on condo #328, which is one of the 3rd floor penthouse units. <p>The parking lot and drive way received its final top coating making us one more step closer to completion. Now that the project driveway and parking is paved it will make the site much cleaner and enable us to complete the final polish and have this building ready for occupancy.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The parking lot at Compass Point Phase II is prepared and ready for the final asphalt surface paving. <p>The final touches to the swimming pool are underway.
