The Developers of Compass Point are not your typical developers - They are Scuba Divers, Kiteboarders, Kayakers, fishermen- we just love the outdoors and being on the ocean in the Cayman Islands.

The Dive Shop, Ocean Frontiers Ltd., is still owned and operated by  it’s founding partners, Steve Broadbelt, Mo Fitzgerald and Troy Burke.  The Dive Shop is how it all got started and over the last 15 years has developed into a small niche resort in the Cayman Islands with the adventurous spirit in mind.


Phase I of Compass Point is a testament to the quality of construction and to the day to day property management. We make sure your Cayman investment is looked after so you can focus on your next adventure with us.

The Kitehouse is our newest addition and now part of the Ocean Frontiers family along with Compass Point.  They specialize in all no motorized watersports: Kiteboarding, Kayaking and Stand-Up Paddleboarding.
